JAKARTA - Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono explained the reason why 559 police officers did not need to bring hats, sticks and cell phones to the State Palace when they met President Joko Widodo. The police officers were asked to wear field official clothes without a hat and without a stick, they were also prohibited from carrying cellphones.
