Mejeng At Burj Khalifa Dubai, Kaspersky Highlights The Landscape For The Development Of Maya World Threats
JAKARTA - Kaspersky has illuminated the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, with an amazing LED display that shows the highest protection from cyber threats.
The light show, which aired on October 12, aims to highlight the growing landscape of cyber threats facing companies around the world today.
According to Kaspersky's findings, for the Middle East alone, every three industrial computers are attacked by cyber threat actors in the first six months of 2022.
This is in line with the global trend that shows that 31.8 percent of worldwide ICS (industrial computer system) computers face at least one attempted attack in the first half of this year.
Given this trend, cybersecurity should be a top priority for the company, therefore to promote this message, Kaspersky raised it to the highest level.
The iconic Burj Khalifa building, which also shows how partnerships with trusted cybersecurity vendors can benefit businesses and help protect them from online dangers, demonstrate the company's commitment to providing the best enterprise security in its class that organizations can trust.
For more than 25 years, Kaspersky has built a safer world. Over time, we evolved from offering endpoint security to complete business protection," said Amir Kaspersky, Managing Director of the Middle East in a statement.
By gathering truly unique knowledge about cyber threats and expanding telemetry, it has become Kaspersky's provision for more than 200 countries and territories.
"Supported by this global threat intelligence data, our company's solution portfolio combines various layers of protection against all types of cyber threats to meet the needs of organizations with different levels of cybersecurity maturity," he added.
Along with the global warning, Kaspersky also marks the 15th anniversary of the operation of cybersecurity companies in the Middle East region. Earlier this week, as part of the GITEX event, Kaspersky presented a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions for the company.
Kaspersky has put the safety of its customers as a top priority, this is evidenced by regularly conducting third-party assessments by independent industry experts to ensure it provides the leading solution in the industry. In 2021 alone, the company participated in 75 tests and independent reviews and received 57 awards in first place.
Recently, Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert showed Total Accuracy Rating'' reaching 100%, having detected all elements of any threat in its comparative Advanced Security assessment by the SE Labs independent security testing organization.
