Sah! Rizky Billar Is A Suspect In The Case Of KDRT Lesti Kejora

JAKARTA - The police have named the artist Rizky Billar as a suspect in the alleged case of domestic violence (KDRT) against his wife, Lesti Kejora. This was conveyed directly by the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Endra Zulpan at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"The results of the examination by the Satreskrim investigators have raised the status of the witness to a suspect," said Zulpan at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, October 12.

Zulpan explained that the reason for determining the suspect was because he was proven to have committed acts of violence against Lesti Kejora.

"Based on the legal facts that we have, according to what we have committed, the 2003 KDRT is a criminal act," he said.

For his actions, Rizky was charged with Article 44 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 23 of 2004 with a maximum imprisonment of 5 five years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million.

"Article 44 paragraph 1, namely carrying out physical violence supported by other evidence, so that the threat of 5 years imprisonment," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that Rizky Billar fulfilled the summons at the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding domestic violence (KDRT) reported by his wife, Lesti Kejora. Rizky was asked 38 questions by investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"Investigators have prepared 38 questions, however, for further information," said Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi to reporters, Wednesday, October 12.

Regarding CCTV videos showing the scene throwing billiards, he emphasized that they were not included in the material.

"The focus that was excavated was the incident, then the cause and effect were clear, and so on that made the report clear," he said.
