Through Police Investigation, Heo Chan Officially Logs Out Of VICTON

JAKARTA - Heo Chan has officially left the K-pop group VICTON. This decision was made two weeks after he was investigated by the police for driving drunk.

IST Entertainment as the agency announced this to Seoul Kyungje today, Wednesday, October 11. Reportedly, this decision was through discussions with Heo Chan who did not want to harm VICTON members.

Heo Chan decided to leave the group. This decision was made after considering Heo Chan's opinion which did not want to cause harm to groups and other members," said IST Entertainment.

The agency also stated that it would not add new members. Therefore, VICTON continued with six members, namely Han Seung Woo, Kang Seungsik, Im Sejun, Do Hanse, Choi Byungchan, and Jung Subin.

In addition to their concert, Chronicle will continue as group members are preparing for their activities.

"Another schedule will be carried out with five members considering Han Seung Woo who is currently serving his military service," said the agency.

Heo Chan is under police investigation after being caught driving drunk on September 20. Heo Chan also wrote an apology to fans and decided to take a hiatus from the group.
