Gemerlap Lifestyle Pinangki Supported By Bribe Money
JAKARTA - New facts were revealed in the trial for the alleged gratification of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa arrangement. Particularly about the lifestyle of the defendant prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari, who is said to be very glamorous when compared to his colleagues.
One of the facts about Pinangki's glamorous lifestyle is the cost of body care. Because in a year, maintenance costs reach Rp. 100 million.
This was revealed when Doctor Olivia Santoso, as the defendant's home care doctor, gave testimony at the trial.
"In one year it could be more than Rp. 100 million, it was like that before," said Olivia, Wednesday, November 2.
The expensive treatment, said Olivia, consists of a multivitamin injection, medicines and consultation fees. But all of that is only to maintain the condition of his body.
"For medicines, the rate is around Rp. 800 thousand to Rp. Rp. 1 million, while for consulting services for daytime consultations, Rp. 300 thousand per arrival, for night or weekends the price is Rp. 500 thousand," he said.
Meanwhile, for beauty treatments, Pinangki has to spend more money. He was noted to have often undergone botox injections, which were quite expensive.
For one injection, continued Olivia, the money that must be paid is IDR 7 million. So that if the nominal value is accumulated, it can reach tens of millions of rupiah.
"I have injected collagen botox, it is for wrinkles, for skin health, for example if there is something that is not symmetrical," he said.
Then, Pinangki's younger brother, Pungki Primarini, also had time to tell his brother's luxurious lifestyle. One of them was staying at the luxury Trump Tower hotel when they visited the United States.
In fact, all the travel and lodging costs were borne by Pinangki. "My brother paid," he said.
Pungki said he had been to the US several times with Pinangki. They visited there to check Pinangki's health.
"As far as I know, at that time I went to the doctor for a nose job for the defendant's sinuses, then checked for breast control, maybe cancer," said Pungki.
"Yes (three times). Around 2018, 2019 and 2020," he continued.
In addition to a bad lifestyle, the trial also revealed that Pinangki's expenditure in a month reached Rp. 80 million. This was discovered when Pungki mentioned that his brother always sent large amounts of money.
In one time sending money, the nominal reaches hundreds of millions. The money was used to pay for 6 employees which accumulated to reach Rp32.7 million. The rest is used to meet daily needs.
"Household assistant Rp. 6.5 million per month, Zamizah baby sitter Rp. 7.5 million, Puji Kriswanto driver replaces Sugiarto (Gito) for Rp. 5 million in salary and Rp. 3 million for food, Elisabet is a cook for Rp. 4.2 million," he explained.
"Ade Rohmat earns Rp3 million looking after my father, Turiyah gets paid Rp3.5 million," he continued.
The Origin of Pinangki MoneyWith the unfolding of the glamorous lifestyle and the huge spending, the question of the origin of the money arises. In fact, the salary as a prosecutor may not be able to meet the needs and glamorous lifestyle.
Pinangki's husband, AKBP Napitupulu Yogi Yusuf, who also gave testimony at the trial, said that the money used for his glamorous lifestyle was his wife's money.
"If my answer comes back like that, it's positive from his money," he said.
But Yogi did not know for sure the source of Pinangki's money, including the money used for traveling abroad. The reason was, he did not want to get involved much with his wife's problems because his household relationship was hit by a split.
"At one stage I just wanted to ask lazy. I just avoided talking to him. I also actually got into one thing that I had a fight with Pinangki because of worship," said Yogi.
"I'm sorry I didn't bring up my religion, I told her to pray just hard, now I don't have to tell her to dress in syar'i like that. She's the one who reminds me more about prayers now," he continued.
Regardless of the source of money used, Yogi said that his wife's glamorous lifestyle had been going on for a long time. Even before the two got married in 2014.
"Because his life before knowing him was like that," said Yogi
Yogi said, one example of his wife's glamorous lifestyle was often traveling abroad. Especially when his parents fell ill, Pinangki's intensity went abroad more and more.
"It's always been like that. Before I knew him, he often went abroad to treat elderly people in Singapore, it's been like that before," he said.
Pinangki's Bad NoteNot only did he reveal the luxurious lifestyle of prosecutor Pinangki, which was far different from his fellow professionals, in the trial process it was also known that the defendant in the case of alleged gratification of the MA fatwa had a bad record.
An employee of the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) Luphia Claudia Huae said, Pinangki was given sanctions in the form of demotion in 2012.
This became known after the Intelligence Inspector team at the Attorney General's Office of the Inspectorate V Jamwas traced his personal data. The sanctions were imposed based on the decision of the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 014 / b / wja / 01/2012 dated January 13, 2012.
"It was found that the brother of the defendant Dr. Pinangki Sirna Malasari in 2012 based on the decision of the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number kep-014 / b / wja / 01/2012 dated January 13, 2012, was once sentenced to a moderate level of discipline in the form of a lower level demotion, for 1 years, "said Luphia
Luphia said that the investigation of Pinangki's personal data was carried out when the examining team would ask for her information regarding the upload of a Twitter account with a photo showing Pinangki and Joko Tjandra.
Apart from that, it was also known that they had made official trips without permission in 2019. 11 trips were recorded, 2 of them without the permission of their superiors.
"The 11 official trips in 2019 were on March 26, May 22, June 1, June 26, August 9, September 3, October 4, November 19, November 10, November 25, and December 19. namely on June 1 and September 3, thus no permit was obtained, "said Luphia.
So, with the findings of the violation, it was decided to impose sanctions on Pinangki. He was given a sanction in the form of exemption from a structural position on July 29, 2020.
"Then there was the imposition of disciplinary sentences against the defendant, namely on July 20, 2020 with a letter from the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia dated July 29, 2020 with the imposition of severe disciplinary sentences, release from structural positions," said Luphia.
