Nah, Kasus Dugaan KDRT Lesti Kejora Naik Status Menjadi Penyidikan

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police have raised the status of Rizky Billar's alleged domestic violence (KDRT) case to an investigation. However, officers are still investigating the report made by the victim, Lesti Kejora, Rizky Billar's wife.

"This case has been raised from investigation to investigation status. Currently, investigators have scheduled to summon several other people, including reported Rizky Billar," said Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, Friday, October 7.

"It has been fingerprinted if it has been fingerprinted, it means that it has fulfilled the criminal element. Because a criminal element is found, of course, investigators will determine it based on Article 184 of the Criminal Code," he continued.

Nurma said that her party had carried out a case related to the domestic violence case. A total of five witnesses have been examined, in order to reveal the whereabouts of the case.

"Several witnesses to this day have examined 5 witnesses, including Lesti's parents," he said.

Nurma also revealed that today Lesti is scheduled to be summoned by the South Jakarta Metro Police. The goal is to strengthen the information that has been collected by investigators.
