No Need To Worry About The Tracing Tragedy During The Evaluation Meeting, Menpora: There Is Already A TGIPF Team That Handling
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) held an evaluation meeting related to improving security procedures for the implementation of Indonesian football. However, at this meeting, Menpora Zainudin Amali did not discuss the Kanjuruhan Tragedy that killed 131 people.
"First, we do not discuss at all the developments in the Kanjurawan Tragedy, therefore a team has been formed through the Presidential Decree, namely the Joint Independent Team for Finding Tragedy Facts (TGIPF) Kanjuruhan," said Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sports Zainudin Amali at a press conference, Thursday, October 6 afternoon.
This was emphasized by Zainudin Amali who is also the Deputy Chair of the TGIPF Tragedy of the Kanjuruhan Stadium. Because, for him, for this matter will be handled by the team.
They (TGIPF) are already working and I am the deputy team but we will not touch it (Trage in Kanjuruhan) because that is the business of the team. What has been done by the Police, we do not enter the area," he said.
Although it did not discuss the Kanjuruhan Tragedy, in this evaluation meeting the Minister of Youth and Sports took a big line regarding the implementation of football as a whole in each layer of competition.
Hal yang kami diskusikan adalah, pertama kita sepakat bahwa evaluasi menyeluruh ini akan membahas penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola nasional yang juga meliputi Liga 1, 2 dan 3, katanya.
The meeting which lasted for almost three hours was not only attended by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, but also involved the Deputy Chairman of PSSI, Secretary General of PSSI, Police, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs, BNPB and representatives of League 1 clubs.
