JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information stated that it will hold training for all tourism actors to develop the digital tourism ecosystem. More than that, the Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G. Plate will also prepare the necessary digital infrastructure.

The training provided includes virtual tours, adventure tourism, English training for tourism players, risk mitigation training for tourism and digital marketing actors.
Johnny hopes that this training can improve the competence of human resources at tourist village locations in English so that they can play a role in developing local or regional tourism.
According to him, the program that was implemented was intended to assist the duties of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
"There is a specific program. This year alone, for example, we are conducting training for 2,000 people with a capacity building program. We will help complete this. Although there are no problems, at least details specifically for tourist destinations, this is really specific," he said.
The Ministry of Communication and Informatics also continues to improve and improve the quality of connectivity infrastructure in the Super Priority Tourism Destination.
"It's running non-stop. Quality of Service 4G networks in the five tourism destinations today, the download speed is 33.59 MB per second. Meanwhile, in terms of the speed of upload, it is 17.06 MB per second. It's far above the national average, so we always improve," he explained.
