Bank Mandiri Cooperative, Kimia Farma Integrated Digital Services
JAKARTA - PT Kimia Farma Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) related to the integration of digital services between the two companies. Among them, Kimia Farma Mobile will be integrated with the Livin' by Mandiri application, Kopra by Mandiri, Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) Services in all Kimia Farma pharmacy networks.
In addition, the collaboration also allows Bank Mandiri to provide value chain financing solutions for Kimia Farma's healthcare ecosystem.
The signing of this collaboration was attended by Kimia Farma President Director David Utama along with Bank Mandiri Director and Bank Mandiri President Director Darmawan Junaidi with Bank Mandiri Director of Treasury and International Banking Panji Irawan.
"Through this collaboration, Kimia Farma's mobile digital platform-based services, namely Kimia Farma Mobile and Livin' by Mandiri, will become a mainstay platform for every Indonesian citizen in accessing health services," said Kimia Farma President Director David Utama in a statement to the media, Tuesday, October 4.
He explained, through this collaboration, Kimia Farma Mobile will be accessible through Livin' in the Sukha feature, so that it will provide benefits for the community to more easily meet the needs of daily health products and services, make transactions easier and make payments easier without needing to switch to other applications by applying the concept of 'one stop solution for all your lifestyle'.
Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri President Director Darmawan Junaidi said efforts to accelerate business transformation, improve the quality and expansion of services and products are the company's main focus in presenting banking solutions for its companies and ecosystems through Kopra by Mandiri, including cash management solutions and value chain financing.
"This collaboration is a form of consistency between the two parties, to support each other in providing the best benefits and services to the community through providing services that can be easily, quickly and safely accessed," explained Darmawan.
Kopra by Mandiri comes with a variety of new features, including On Boarding, Online Giro Now, Soft Token, Virtual Assistant Services, Other Bank Account Information, and Kopra Mobile App.
Furthermore, David said, this collaboration will also integrate 7 Solutions Kimia Farma Pharmatek with Kopra by Mandiri as a wholesale digital single access service.
In this case, Kopra as the center of end-to-end corporate financial transactions will support Kimia Farma Pharmacek's 7 Solutions as a digital platform that integrates the healthcare ecosystem throughout Indonesia.
The 7 Solutions platform will later provide convenience to every Hospital, health clinic, and other health facilities in Indonesia in carrying out transaction activities, smart stock, omni channel, customer loyalty, big data, clinical integration, referral programs, and also homecare.
In the future, Kimia Farma and Bank Mandiri collaboration will also make it easier for Kimia Farma in every service offline at Kimia Farma Pharmacy store. Mandiri Payment Point Online Banking service, which through this solution, every offline Kimia Farma Pharmacy store throughout Indonesia will be connected easily online and in real time so that each transaction data can be accessed easily and accurately.
David added that this synergy is a form of commitment between SOEs to create comprehensive, integrated services in one application with various Kimia Farma and Bank Mandiri services.
