NasDem DPR Member Report Komika Mamat Alkatiri Because It Is Considered Insulting
JAKARTA - Member of the House of Representatives from the NasDem faction, Hillary Brigitta Lasut, reported Komika Mamat Alkatiri to the Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of defamation. Hillary Brigitta filed the report on Monday, October 3 yesterday.
The youngest member of the DPR RI admitted that he was offended by Mamat's comedy material. Hillary assessed that the content of the comedy was classified as an insult.
"The defamation of Article 310 of the Criminal Code," Hillary said in a letter received by the police report uploaded by Brigitta on her Instagram account @hillarybrigitta, Tuesday, October 4. The upload has been confirmed by the VOI team and has been approved by the person concerned.
The NasDem legislator for the North Sulawesi electoral district admitted that he did not accept it because his ideas and ideas were cursed by Mamat in public. In addition, when Mamat appeared, she was also bullied through the joke of the comedian. It didn't stop there, Hillary also admitted that she was cursed with inappropriate words. There is the word 'tai, dog to stupid'.
I, the idea of my thoughts and ideas being cursed, challenged, pointed at in front of many people during a discussion forum in public, said Hillary Brigitta. In fact, Hillary continued, she was present at the event free of charge for a penny. She has also sacrificed hours to attend the event even though she is on holiday from her duties.
"I was said to have run away for fear of being roasted, even though I had been in place for 4-5 hours, only the event was delayed for hours. I had an invitation to get married. And I said it looked cool but there was no contents, most of them were asked about the function of the legislation, couldn't answer, using notes and loud voices very insulting," he explained.
The member of Commission I of the DPR considered that the comedy brought by Mamat had gone too far. According to him, even insulting if it was conveyed in a comedy way, it still violated the law.
This is a state of law, not a country to joke or comedy where everyone can freely commit a crime on behalf of a comedy and joke. I am also a law student who is sworn in to enforce the law even though the world is collapsing. Even though it is said that baper (takes feelings) with people who are not necessarily emotional, if the mother or mother is cursed by a man, it is not clear where he came from," he said.
Hillary Brigitta, assessed that even though she was paid using public money, that does not mean that everyone can trampled on her dignity and dignity.
"We are indeed assistants to the people's salaries but we are also human beings. Don't be careless with the assistants and it's our job, you forget you pay instead of musing and buying self-esteem," Hillary said.
Hillary's post was then also commented on by Mamat's fellow comedian, Kiky Saputri. Kiki also does not justify Mamat's ethics. Because Kiky said, actually roasting is one of the Stand Up Comedy techniques used as a form of appreciation for people who will be roasted. "So it's not appropriate to be combined with dirty or cursing sentences (except to others). Because apart from being rude and arrogant, the critical message is not conveyed properly," said Kiky.
