Dubbed NasDem As President Of 2024, Anies Baswedan Has A Wealth Of Rp. 18.56 Billion But Debts Of Rp. 7.6 Billion
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan was officially declared a presidential candidate by the NasDem Party on Monday, October 3. He will later be promoted to the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres).
So, how much is Anies' wealth?
Based on the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) which was reported to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Anies actually had a total asset of Rp. 18,562,541,503. However, he was recorded as in debt of up to Rp. 7,606,761,819.
So if you reduce the total assets with the debts you have, your wealth will be Rp. 10,955,779,684.
From that wealth, Anies was recorded as having assets in the form of land and buildings amounting to Rp. 14,715,962,000. All these assets are located in the South Jakarta area, DKI Jakarta; Sleman, DI Yogyakarta; and Ponorogo, East Java.
Next, he recorded ownership of the 2016 Honda Odyssey minibus; 1968 Vespa Sprint motorcycle; and 2028 Kawasaki EX250V motorcycle. The total assets of the vehicle amounted to Rp550 million.
Not only that, the LHKPN also recorded ownership of other movable assets in the amount of Rp. 1,367,366,531; securities of Rp. 61,070,000. cash and cash equivalents of Rp. 1,208,221,107; and other assets of Rp. 659,921,865.
As previously reported, Anies has been declared a candidate for president of the NasDem Party. Related to this, he admitted that he was ready to run.
"We accept Bismillah, we are ready," said Anies after being declared as NasDem presidential candidate at NasDem Tower, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Monday, October 3.
Anies believes that his advancement as a presidential candidate will serve him. So, he will continue to try.
"By asking for prayers, God willing, this long journey will not be a tough journey but a light journey," he said.
"We prepare this effort as a form of worship," Anies continued.
