Work Rapidly, KSP Complys The Issues For Procurement Of Expansion At RSUP Dr. M Djamil In Padang In Two Months
PADANG - The quick, responsive and effective work of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) team in solving land acquisition problems for the expansion of the Central General Hospital (RSUP) dr. M. Djamil in Padang, West Sumatra, received appreciation from many parties. The problem, which has not come to a settlement point since 2006, has been resolved with KSP intervention in just two months.
"This is the real role of KSP as a bottleneck problem in the field by responding quickly to every problem so that there is a solution immediately," said Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko in a press statement, Saturday, October 1.
The Presidential Chief of Staff also expressed his appreciation to PT. KAI, the Ministry of SOEs, and the Ministry of Transportation who have given priority to the land in question to be used and transferred status to use RSUP dr. M. Djamil for greater social interests.
"Coordination that goes hand in hand does require command. KSP can be a command. So that in building our country we can unite and nothing is difficult," concluded Moeldoko.
This hard work is not only proof of KSP's seriousness in overseeing President Jokowi-Ma'ruf's government program, but also a form of attention to the interests of the community.
"When I told the KSP Experts how complex this problem was to the KSP experts a few months ago, they told me, 'nothing is difficult at KSP'. This is proven by a series of responsive and fast follow-up by coordinating all the K/L involved," said the President Director of RSUP dr. M. Djamil, DR. dr. Yusirwan Yusuf.
The problem of land acquisition is not an easy matter because the unused state land around the location of the RSUP which covers an area of 1.5 hectares is land controlled by PT. KAI with its rights belonging to the Ministry of Transportation.
The reason is that land limitations hinder the procurement of adequate treatment rooms and maximum health services. Even though RSUP, which only has an area of 8.5 hectares, is a source of reference for five provinces in Sumatra.
"The focus of KSP is very clear that President Jokowi's instructions must run. Within two and a half months, the right to land management was handed over from PT. KAI, the Ministry of SOEs and the Ministry of Transportation to RSUP dr. M Djamil," added Yusirwan.
Yusirwan also explained that the Presidential Chief of Staff paid great attention. It is proven by going directly to communicate with the Army Chief of Staff regarding the need for road land for evacuation which coincides with TNI dormitories
On the other hand, the Chancellor of the Padang State University, Prof. Drs. Ganefri, also admitted that he was surprised but at the same time appreciated the achievement of the work of fast and effective government institutions.
"I see that what KSP has done is good. The public needs to know what Mr. Moeldoko and his team have done cannot be judged with material. Because this problem cannot be said to be easy," said Ganefri.
He also emphasized the good communication ability factor from KSP in breaking the tangled thread. In fact, Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko is also considered to have played a leader's role in bridging interested parties.
