That law enforcement is in the direction of welfare. I hope that the case against Governor Lukas will not interfere with Papua's development," explained Wijaya.He hopes that there will be a just law, where everyone is no exception, Enembe is also entitled to justice. So the balance of law and justice can be a portrait of law enforcement. Law enforcement should not result in or lead to unwanted events.In addition, he emphasized that if it is true that Enembe is sick, give him his right. "If Mr. Lukas Enembe is sick, then give him his rights and ensure his rights. But honesty is also the most important thing," he said.Meanwhile, the Executive Director of Human Studies Institute, Rasminto, assessed that law enforcement efforts against Enembe were an integral part of the agenda for eradicating corruption as a whole. Meanwhile, the resistance shown by Enembe supporters by blocking the road made efforts to accelerate the resolution of legal problems hampered.Furthermore, Rasminto explained, the determination of Enembe as a suspect in the alleged corruption case coincided with the announcement of the determination of the suspect against the Regent of Central Mamberamo, Ricky Ham Pagawak, and the Regent of Mimika, Eltinus Omaleng."Only Eltinus, who was detained by the KPK on September 14, 2022.
