Helicopter Crash, Kobe Bryant Dies

JAKARTA - Today, Monday, January 27, basketball legend, Kobe Bryant reportedly left the world. He was one of several passengers who crashed into a helicopter in Calabasas, California. Reporting from USA Today, there were nine passengers on the helicopter.

Apart from Bryant, his biological son Gianna is also in the helicopter and experiences the same thing. According to a source, Gianna and Kobe were on their way from AAU Basketball when the helicopter crash occurred.

However, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said it was inappropriate to mention the victim in detail.

The helicopter crash took place in Calabasas. So far, five people have been confirmed to have died in the accident.

Kobe Bryant is a basketball legend with five NBA titles. He has a career in basketball for 20 years with the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 2012, Bryant won a gold medal with USA Basketball. However, in 2016, he decided to retire from the world that raised his name.

A number of public figures expressed their condolences including Bill Clinton, some of his basketball colleagues Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal.
