Because Of The Former KPK, Kamaruddin Asked For Febri Diansyah-Rasamala's Attorney To Open Up About Envelope Ferdy Sambo

JAKARTA - The attorney for the family of Brigadier J Kamaruddin Simanjuntak responded sharply to the appointment of anti-corruption activist Febri Diansyah and former Head of the KPK Legislation Division Rasamala Aritonang as the new lawyer for the suspect in the murder case of his client. It is known that Febri Diansyah is the attorney of Ferdy Sambo. Meanwhile, Rasamala Aritonang is the wife of Ferdy, Putri Chandrawathi. Kamaruddin, Febri and Rasamala said they had to ask their clients if they had ever given prayers or pushed envelopes to other institutions."Because he is a former KPK, the Corruption Eradication Commission. And Mrs. PC (Putri) and Ferdy Sambo are said to have sent prayers (tiping envelopes) both to aides involved and to LPSK and to other institutions. Therefore, he must ask why his client sent the prayers. So because he knows that it is a violation of the law," said Kamaruddin at the Slipi area, West Jakarta, Thursday, September 29.In addition, Febri and Rasamala must guide their clients to tell the truth during the trial later. Because, if the legal representative teaches his client to say it is not true, the sin will actually be borne by himself."Don't because of honorariums, for example, or whatever the name is, the sins of his client are held. But what's right is to save his client, the money becomes halal, not haram," he explained.Regarding Febri Cs' promise to be objective in handling this client case, Kamaruddin responded casually. The matter of objective or not will be proven by the time itself"If it is objective, it will be tried later. Just like me, I said the murder was planned, and it turned out to be proven, time to prove in three months," said Kamaruddin. The AGO stated that the case files of the suspects in the murder case against Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J and the obstruction of justice were complete.
