JAKARTA - All guests who will meet the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan now have to undergo a rapid test. This rapid test was carried out regarding the condition of DKI Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria who was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
"The guests who will have an audience with the Governor to the Assistant will be carried out a rapid test by the DKI Health Service," said the Head of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat for the DKI Provincial Government, Budi Awaluddin to reporters, Monday, November 30.
In addition, Budi said that the DKI Jakarta Health Office will also conduct a swab test for employees who interact with and follow Riza's work agenda.
"Swab tests will be carried out on employees and other individual service providers (PJLP), both at the official residence and the DKI Deputy Governor's office," he said.
One building in DKI City Hall, the block B building was locked down for three days from Monday, November 30 to Wednesday, December 2.
A number of rooms that were closed were Riza and TGUPP DKI workspace on the 2nd floor, Jakarta Smart City on the 3rd floor, and the adjutant room and the health clinic on the PPKP 1 floor.
"During the lockdown period, sterilization will be carried out for three days," said Budi.
Previously, Deputy Governor of DKI, Ahmad Riza Patria, was confirmed positive for COVID-19. Riza has been confirmed positive since last Friday, November 27. Riza admits that she is currently in good condition.
"Alhamdulillah, although the test results on Friday showed positive for COVID-19, my condition is still in good condition and under control," said Riza in a written statement, Sunday, November 29.
Riza's entire family has also undergone a swab check. Riza said that currently she is doing self-isolation at home for 14 days, according to the rules set by the Ministry of Health.
"As with the health procedures that have been established by WHO, every patient who is confirmed positive for COVID-19 must carry out independent isolation and remain under the supervision of health workers, both at the health center level to the hospital," said Riza.
The chairman of the DPD DKI Gerindra Party admitted that he had done two swab tests. On Thursday, November 26, however, the results were negative for COVID-19. The same test was continued on Friday with a positive result.
According to Riza, based on the results of the contact tracing of the DKI Jakarta Health Service, he was confirmed positive for COVID-19 because he contracted it from his personal staff who had previously been infected from the staff's family environment.
“So, this positive COVID-19 finding is from the work environment, where one of my staff is infected from their family cluster. This is certainly a concern for all of us to maintain more discipline in health protocols even within the family, "he explained.
