Cawagub DKI Criteria In The Eye Of Sandiaga Uno
JAKARTA - The former Deputy Governor of DKI, Sandiaga Uno, is relieved that the process of selecting the Jakarta governor's cawagub has finally shed some light. The process that had been running for 18 months had stalled, again after Gerindra and PKS nominated new names, namely Ahmad Riza Patria and Nurmansjah Lubis.
As a person who is involved in the economic sector, the former Chairman of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) hopes that the person who can replace him also controls the economic sector.
However, Sandi did not favor either of the two candidates. According to him, Riza and Nurmansyah both know the economy in Jakarta.
"Both of them both have financial backgrounds. Pak Riza has even been from the cawagub first, and he is an active cadre in the KNPI. Pak Nurmansyah has a clear track record in finance," said Sandi when met at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. , Central Jakarta, Sunday, January 26.
Furthermore, Sandi hopes that the continuation of the DKI Deputy Governor election process in the DPRD will not drag on so that the elected candidates can immediately reduce Anies's workload in managing Jakarta.
"We hope that early February will be completed immediately and the elected Deputy Governor can immediately carry out the tasks in the capital," Sandi said.
For information, Nurmansjah Lubis and Riza Patria have officially named Agung Yulianto and Ahmad Syaikhu as previous vice governor candidates.
Riza has been elected as a member of parliament for two terms and now serves as Deputy Chair of Commission V of the DPR-RI. Riza has also participated in the general election for the Governor of DKI Jakarta as a candidate for Deputy Governor accompanying the candidate for Governor, Hendardji Soepandji, in 2012.
Meanwhile, Nurmansjah served as a member of the DKI DPRD for two terms. He was a member of the DKI DPRD for the period 2004-2009 at Commission B and 2009-2013 at Commission D and C.
Currently, the DPRD is arranging the schedule for the joint leadership meeting (rapimgab). In the Rapimgab, the DPRD will ratify the rules for the election of DKI Deputy Governor that have been drawn up by a special committee (special committee).
In addition, the DPRD formed a voter committee (panlih) which was in charge of the election process, continued to carry out the election by voting from members of the council.
The election plenary session will be held if the number of members of the DKI DPRD who are present meets the quorum requirements, namely 50 percent plus 1 person. The number of members of the DKI DPRD is 106 people. Thus, a meeting is considered a quorum if at least 54 members are present.
There are two election processes that will be held by the DPRD. First, the elected cawagub must get 50 percent + 1 of the number of DPR members present. Second, the cawagub can win the election if it is elected the most by DPRD regardless of the number of members present.
