Allegations Of Travel Orders From The North Lombok DPRD Fictive Service, Mataram Kejari Taksir Losses Negara Rp. 186 Million

NTB - The Mataram District Attorney's Office (Kejari) is investigating the alleged issuance of a fictitious official travel order (SPPD) within the scope of the North Lombok DPRD.

Head of the Intelligence Section of the Mataram Kejari, Ida Bagus Putu Widnyana, confirmed the investigation of the case.

"Yes, the handling has just entered the 'puldata pulbaket' (collection of data and information)," said Bagus in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), quoted from Antara, Monday, September 26.

At this stage, he continued, the Mataram Kejari made a request for clarification to the relevant parties, including the names listed as recipients of the SPPD.

Although reluctant to say who has provided clarification. However, Bagus ensured that the clarification process was still ongoing.

"Indeed, there have been several people who we have asked for clarification and it (the process) is still ongoing," he said.

In this case, there are 44 members of the legislature and 7 council secretary employees whose names are also listed as recipients of the SPPD. The alleged fictitious emerged in the issuance in 2021.

The amount of the alleged fictitious SPPD budget is quite diverse, ranging from Rp. 1.8 million to Rp. 3.9 million.

This problem was revealed from the findings of the financial audit agency (BPK). The money was not used for lodging costs. So the findings stated state losses of Rp. 186.57 million.
