World War II Bomb Found At AS Roma Training Ground

JAKARTA - The Italian army was summoned to the AS Roma training center after several unexploded bombs from World War II were found.

"Many thanks to the Italian army and their bomb disposal squad for safely and successfully removing a number of devices dating from World War Two from the club's training center in Trigoria," the club said on Twitter.

Reported by Antara, Sunday, November 29, Rome also showed a photo of soldiers moving the bomb which appeared to be about a foot long.

The Il Messaggero newspaper reported that about 20 bombs were exposed while building the new field.
