Alluding To The Contract With Anthony Joshua, Oleksandr Usyk Gets A Small Sose Nickname From Tyson Fury
JAKARTA - British boxer Tyson Fury criticized Oleksandr Usyk for refusing to sign a match contract with him. Fury also gave the nickname a small sausage for his rival.
Oleksandr Usyk has beaten Anthony Joshua for the second time in 11 months in a fight in Saudi Arabia last August.
After that match, Usyk is scheduled to meet Fury. But he chose to rest and recover by returning to Ukraine for the first time since being hit by war.
After Usyk canceled the meeting, Fury then turned his attention to Anthony Joshua. The king even offered a payment deal of 60-40 to be able to realize the fight on December 3 at Cardiff.
With that plan, Fury immediately sent documents to Joshua last Friday. But Usyk, who was reluctant to fight, then accused the unbeaten WBC champion of "fearing" of fighting him.
Not accepting Usyk's satire, Fury then replied angrily. He also insinuated that Usyk was also a coward and called him a little sausage.
"Usyk, you little guy. You little guy," Fury was quoted as saying by The Sun.
Speaking of nonsense, 'I'm scared of you', I'm going to punch you right in your side, you little sausage. Having a contract because I don't know how long it took and not signing it, you little sausage."
"You don't want to fight, your manager is a sausage, I've never seen anything like this. Both of them are packets of bad sausages," he was furious.
