Berkedok Toko Kosmetic, Tiga Pemawat Ukras Kelas G Without A License Arrested By Police
TANGERANG - Three drug sellers were arrested by the Tangerang Metro Police jurisdiction. They were arrested on suspicion of selling hard drugs class G without a permit.
Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the three people had the initials M, I and A. Their modus operandi is disguised as cosmetic kiosks.
It is known that the types of drugs sold without a permit and violating the Health Law are like tramadol, eximer, and teihexypenid.
"We combed through cosmetic kiosks suspected of selling and distributing tramadol and eximer drugs," said Zain in his statement, Thursday, September 22.
During the arrest, officers also secured evidence of the hard drug. Now the suspect and evidence have been taken to the Tangerang Metro Police. "A total of 2,576 Eximer pills, 653 tramadol pills, 100 Teihexypenid items were secured from the MI suspect, then 756 Eximer pills, 370 Teamadol pills were obtained at kiosk I and 2,000 tramadol pills," he said.
For their actions they were charged with the suspicion of pharmacy as referred to in Article 196 Jo. Article 98 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) and/or Article 197 Jo. Article 106 paragraph (1) and/or Article 198 Jo. Article 108 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and or Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection.
