His Name Was Dragged Into The Ferdy Sambo Case, Bambang Pacul Giving To Kamaruddin

JAKARTA - Chairman of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Bambang Wuryanto or Bambang Pacul, gave a warning to Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, the lawyer for the Nopriansyah family,ua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J, not to act speculatively while still holding on to the facts.

This was said by Pacul after his name was dragged into the murder case of Brigadier J with the mastermind Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

"Today there are too many people who talk speculatively. So according to him, he has a mind. Is it speculative, isn't it okay? Yes, so it's not speculative, confirm to the data, look for evidence. We just met, then speech. But you can't say people's names are still speculative," said Bambang Pacul at the DPR building, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 20.

Pacul's name is associated with Kamaruddin when speaking on a YouTube channel. Pacul, who was furious, said that rather than Kamaruddin speaking speculatively, it should confirm the evidence. Bambang Pacul emphasized that Sambo's case had been legally processed. He asked not to drag his whereabouts into politics.

"In fact, to lobby for what interest, what is speculative. Pak Sambo's business? What kind of business. People are clear, it's a legal matter, shifting to political affairs," he said.

The secretary of the PDIP faction regretted that Kamaruddin, who works as a lawyer, spoke speculatively without a sharp review. He also admitted that he did not need to refute Kamaruddin's statement.

"One hundred percent is speculation from the lawyer. I actually don't need to argue, what do you want to deny? If a lawyer profession doesn't need to be speculative. Try it, if a speculative doctor, it's hard. Use a sharp analysis, right," he said.

According to Pacul, his name was linked to the case of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo because he was said to be lobbying Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, who is both an alumni of UGM.

"Just because Bambang Pacul is from UGM, then Mr. Minister of State Secretary is both from UGM, he is directly linked," he said.

Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Trimedya Panjaitan, believes that his party mate Bambang Pacul is not involved in the case of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. He is also a Pacul faction and can get to know Sambo. "What is clear is that Mas Pacul is not a lawyer, if the lawyer knows him. I'm not sure," Trimedya said at the DPR Building, Tuesday, September 20. Trimedya added that Bambang Pacul was also not the type of person taking care of other people's affairs.

"Secondly, as long as he (Pacul) is known, he is not the type of person who does that. Even if he is of high age, he calls the boss together but I'm not sure. We often discuss, so I'm not sure," said Trimedya.
