"We are investigating this accident case," said West Aceh Police Traffic Unit Head Iptu Sugeng Riyadi, in Meulaboh, quoting Antara, Sunday, September 18.
He explained that the accident that killed a junior high school student was after the victim Diva Meliza, a Honda Beat motorcycle driver, police number BL 4487 EAE, had an accident in the Sawang Teubee area, Kaway XVI District, West Aceh.
The victim died on the way to the Kaway XVI Health Center, West Aceh, after suffering abrasions on his face and serious head injury, after an accident with a passenger car type L-300 police number 1108 VL.
The passenger vehicle was driven by Aguswandi (28), a resident of Tunong Regency, East Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province.
Iptu Sugeng Riyadi explained that prior to the accident, the passenger car driven by Aguswandi drove from the direction of Panton Reue to Meulaboh, the capital of West Aceh Regency.
Meanwhile, the victim Diva Meliza, who was driving a two-wheeled vehicle, also drove in the same direction as public transportation (angkot).
