Mining Company From The Konglomerat-Owned Rajawali Group Peter Sondakh Bakal Share Interim Dividend Rp189 Billion
JAKARTA - The mining company from the Rajawali Group owned by conglomerate Peter Sondakh, PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 189 billion or equivalent to IDR 60 per share.
The Board of Directors of Golden Eagle Energy announced that based on the Decree of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company on September 13, 2022, it has decided and approved the distribution of the Interim Cash Dividend for the 2022 Book Year.
"The Interim Dividend is IDR 189 billion or IDR 60 per share to all of the Company's Shareholders," he explained in an information disclosure, quoted on Saturday, September 17.
The following is the schedule for the Golden Eagle Energy interim dividend:

Meanwhile, SMMT recorded significant performance growth in the first semester of 2022 in terms of revenue of more than 160 percent, and the company's profit of more than 328 percent. Based on the company's financial statements as of June 30, 2022, the issuer with the stock code SMMT recorded a net sales growth of 162.44 percent, from Rp180.88 billion in the first semester of 2021 to Rp474.69 billion in the first semester of 2022.
SMMT recorded conducting domestic sales to third parties of 10 percent or more this semester in three companies, namely PT Artha Daya Coalindo, PT Ethics Realtindo, PT Tiga Daya Energi. Sales at PT Artha Daya Coalindo recorded an increase from Rp65.64 billion in the second quarter of 2021 to Rp102.24 billion in the first six months of 2022.
Meanwhile, for PT Ethics Realtindo, PT Tiga Daya Energi, which previously had no transactions, this semester the company made sales of Rp61.47 billion each, and Rp48.92 billion. The sales value of less than 10 percent also increased significantly from Rp83.14 billion in the first half of 2021 to Rp162.06 billion in the first half of this year.
Through these sales, SMMT reported a gross increase in profit to Rp183.76 billion in the first semester of 2022, while in the same period in the previous year it was Rp41.13 billion.
In addition, growth also occurred in the net profit section of the association's entity to Rp90.92 billion in the second quarter of this year, compared to the same period the previous year of Rp29.13 billion. Thus, the net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity managed to grow by 328.77 percent to Rp189.00 billion in the first semester of 2022, compared to Rp44.08 billion in the first semester of 2021.
Meanwhile, SMMT's total assets were reported to have increased in the first semester of 2022 compared to the 2021 book close to Rp1.24 trillion from the previous Rp1.05 trillion.
Total equity also increased from IDR 817.85 billion at the end of December 31, 2021 to IDR 1.02 billion as of June 30, 2022. On the other hand, SMMT's total liabilities actually decreased from IDR 233.79 billion to IDR 216.32 billion.
