Hoverbike are already on sale in Japan, and Shuhei Komatsu, founder and CEO of AERWINS, said their plans to sell smaller versions of the United States by 2023.
For a Hoverbike XTURISMO it will reach $77,000, although Komatsu says the company expects to lower costs of US$50,000 (Rp 745 million) for smaller electric models by 2025.
Earlier this month, AERWINS announced it was looking for ways to register on the exchange on NASDAQ through a merger with a special acquisition company worth US$600 million (IDR 8.9 trillion).
