PBSI Bongkar Pasang 3 Ganda Putri Indonesia, Ini Formation
JAKARTA - The Central Board of the Indonesian Badminton Association (PP PBSI) has decided to dismantle the pairs of three women's doubles as a refresher as well as find the right pair and be suitable for facing various tournaments in the future.
The three new pairs are Ribka Sugiarto/Lanny Tria Mayasari, Nita Violina Marwah/Tryola Nadia, and Jesita Putri Miantoro/Febi Setianingrum. Ribka/Lanny are even scheduled to debut at the Vietnam Open 2022 on 27 September - 2 October before continuing to Indonesia International Challenge 2022 and the Indonesia Masters Super 100 in Malang.
Women's doubles coach Eng Hian hopes that the players, especially Ribka, Nita, and Tryola, who are already in the women's doubles class, can immediately excel even though they have just been paired.
This is a form of refreshment and we are looking for a partner who can support the women's doubles above, Apri/Fadia and Ana/Tiwi. One way is in this way to keep the goal of finding a better partner," said Eng Hian, quoted by Antara, Wednesday.
Eng Hian added that the demolition must be carried out immediately to obtain a new formula, especially with the current condition of the women's doubles. Princess Syaikah and Melani Mamahit who are still injured, as well as Febby Valencia Dwijayanti Gani who have declared their resignation from the PBSI national training.
Regarding Febby's status, the Head of Binpres PP PBSI Rionny Mainaky is still waiting for the official resignation letter in question from the PBSI Provincial Management (Pengprov) where Febby is staying.
"Febby has personally submitted his resignation from the Cipayung PBSI national training but administration is still waiting for an official letter from the Central Java PBSI Pengprov," said Rionny.
The pair's Utak is also carried out in the mixed doubles sector. PBSI will try out the duet of the new pair Adnan Maulana/Nita Violina Marwah.
