Brigadier Firman Dwi Jali Ethics Session, Allegedly Halangi Covering Ferdy Sambo House In Duren Tiga

JAKARTA - The National Police continues to hold a trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) against its members who were involved in the vortex of the murder of Brigadier J. This time, the former Head of Urtu Roprovos Divpropam Polri, Brigadier Firman Dwi Ariyanto, who will be tried internally.

The trial process has been held since 13.00 WIB. He is suspected of being unprofessional because he was involved in media intimidation that covered the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in Duren Tiga.

Then, in the trial will present several witnesses. Their statements will be heard to determine the sanctions that will be given to Brigadier Firman Dwi Ariyanto.

"The witnesses examined were as many as four SMD Commissioners, Ipda DDC, Brigadier FF and Bharada S. The form of unprofessional acts in carrying out their duties," said Ade.

First Brigadier Firman Dwi Ariyanto was originally transferred as Yanma Polri. The mutation was the result of his involvement in the vortex of the Brigadier J case.

In the process of the KKEP trial which is not related to the obstruction of justice, five have been tried.

They are Bharada Sadam, Brigadier Frillyan Fitri Rosadi, AKP Dyah Chandrawati, AKBP Pujiyarto, and AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagia.

For Bharada Sadam, a one-year demonstration was imposed, while Brigadier Frillyan Fitri Rosadi was sanctioned for demotion for two years.

Then, AKP Dyah Chandrawati was sentenced to a demonstration, AKBP Pujiyarto was sanctioned for 28 days, while AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian was sentenced to dishonorable dismissal (PTDH).
