LPSK Hopefully Prosecutors' Investigators Can Meet Bharada E's Rights As Justice Collaborator

JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) is coordinating with the Attorney General's Office regarding the lawsuit for Bharada E's sentence as Justice Collaborator (JC) in the murder case of Brigadier J.

The LPSK spokesman, Rully Novian, said that his party was coordinating with the Attorney General's Office regarding the handling of the Bharada E or Richard mediate file.

Coordination is carried out to ensure that Bharada E gets the rights and treatment as Justice Collaborator (JC) in the murder case of Brigadier J.

"We hope that the prosecutor's investigators and LPSK can synergize, and for the protection of special treatment, and appreciation for Bharada E," said Rully, Tuesday, September 13.

This coordination is also to ease the demand for punishment against Bharada E compared to other defendants in the upcoming judicial process.

"The coordination in question is to equalize perception, equalize views, what are the rights of a person positioned as a JC," he said.
