Brigadier Frillyan Fitri, Ex-Child Irjen Ferdy Sambo Yang Today Will Be Diadili

JAKARTA - The trial process for the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) in the premeditated murder of Brigadier J continues. This time, the former'son' Inspector General Ferdy Sambo who will be tried is Brigadier Frillyan Fitri.

"Today's trial agenda is the KKEP trial of alleged violators of the FF Brigadier," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Nurul Azizah to reporters, Tuesday, September 13.

Brigadier Frillyan Fitri is a member of the National Police who serves as BA Roprovos Divpropam.

He is said to be unprofessional in handling the series of murder cases of Brigadier J. However, so far it has not been explained in detail about his role.

"The form of actions is unprofessional in carrying out tasks," he said.

Later, in the KKEP trial against Brigadier Frillyan Fitri, several witnesses were presented. They will provide information so that the panel of judges can determine the sanctions decision to be given.

"Witnesses in the trial were 4 people, Kompol SM, Ipda DDC, Brigadier FD and Bharada S," said Nurul.

For information, Brigadier Frillyan Fitri is not a member of the National Police who is included in the category of obstruction of justice.

So far, the National Police have heard three of its members. They include AKP Dyah Chandrawati, AKBP Pujiyarto, and AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagia.

AKP Dyah Chandrawati was sentenced to a demonstration, AKBP Pujiyarto was sanctioned for 28 days, while AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian was sentenced to dishonorable dismissal (PTDH).
