Christian Eriksen Talks About Manchester United's Central Lini: We're Starting To Get A Good Connection
JAKARTA - Manchester United player, Christian Eriksen, assesses that his team's midfield has now found good chemistry. He admitted that there had been an adaptation problem considering that he had just joined this season.
Eriksen joined Man United at the start of the season. He brought in free of charge from Brentford.
Apart from Eriksen, the new player who also fills Man United's midfield is Casemiro.
"I think in the first few games, we looked a bit for each other and saw where we were", Eriksen told the club's official website.
"But now I think we're starting to get a good connection and a good feeling about where we should be."
According to him, winning a game makes them more confident now. However, there is still room to improve themselves.
"There are many things that we can improve, but this is a good path that we are going through," he said.
The arrival of Eriksen and Casemiro made the competition in the middle sector of the Red Devils more fierce. Previously there were names of Scott McTominay, Fred and Donny van de Beek.
According to Eriksen, the Red Devils now have a qualified composition of players in the central sector. Of course there is competition, but healthy competition.
"Everyone has different qualities and it depends on the manager to determine who will play in which game and see if it works well," said Eriksen.
"Membawa Casemiro dan menunjukkan bagaimana kuatnya sekarang, menjadi pemenang. Dan Fred dan Donny (van de Beek) yang telah bermain selama bertahun-tahun."
"Scott (McTominay) has done very well and I think you can see it from the game. It's a strong midfield," continued the former Tottenham Hotspur player.
