"The position is a trust, a trust that must be carried out sincerely and sincerely. Always prioritize the balance between substantive justice and procedural in every handling of cases," said Pathor in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 11.
He also asked prosecutors in his staff to always identify and study various issues in detail and in depth from various points of view in their duties.
Pathor made this statement regarding the inauguration, taking the oath and handing over the position of Deputy Head of the High Prosecutor's Office and echelon III officials at the Kajari level in the local area.
The man who once served as Director of Civil Affairs at the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration hopes that new officials will not only maintain the work achievements of previous officials, but also improve.
"I believe and believe that new places of duty will provide added value and benefits for the progress of our institution," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasi Penkum) of the Central Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office, Dodik Mahendra, said the activity was carried out based on the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 245 of 2022 dated August 8, 2022 concerning Dismissal and Appointment from and In Structural Positions of Civil Servants of the Republic of Indonesia.
