Traders Claim To Be Satisfied With Bank DKI Digital Payment Services
JAKARTA - Bust tenants in the culinary corner of Thamrin 10 Foodand Creative Park Djulaela Umar (60) said the digital payment application for Bank DKI JakOne Mobile has become more reliable since July 2022.
"This here is also QRIS, practically directly to my Bank DKI. Earlier, I could use a card (Jakcard), now I want to scan it using a cellphone," said Djulaela when met by reporters in Thamrin 10 Food and CreativePark, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday 10 September.
The owner of the Cheese Box booth assessed that the problem with the speed of transactions that emerged before July 2022 had been tentative since there was a newJakOne Mobile.
Djulaela said problems that had disrupted cash flow (cash flow) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises such as himself, for example, being late in transfer to an account, were now no longer there.
"If you are late (in the transaction), it will be hampered because that day you can't shop," said Djulaela.
Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, said the company had anticipated an increasing trend of digital transactions due to the COVID-19 pandemic by fixing the JakOne Mobile application to become more reliable.
"Because everyone transacts using mobile (payment), we appear there. We serve QRIS, then synergize with other applications such as Ancol and JAKI," said Fidri while attending the second CashFree Day event at Thamrin 10 Food and Creative Park, Saturday.
Then, the company also targets young people to immediately switch to digital payments by making a CashFreeDay or Cash-Free Day event where all transactions in Thamrin 10 are facilitated with the JakOne Mobile application.
In order for future generations to be interested, the features in digital payment applications must be adjusted according to their segmentation with young people, including fast and easy transactions.
Visitors also don't need to worry about transacting at Thamrin 10 because QRIS Bank DKI, which has been licensed from Bank Indonesia, can be used in payment applications from any provider, both Banks and non-banks.
"If you transact with QRIS, you must enter that day, so that it is finished quickly. So speed is of course prioritized," said Fidri.
Until the second quarter of 2022, users of the JakOne Mobile application have reached 1.7 million users with a nominal number of transactions reaching Rp9.1 trillion, and the transaction volume reached 10.8 million transactions, followed by QRIS transactions which grew 742 percent (yoy).
For ongoing improvement efforts, Bank DKI managed to get a number of awards, including the 15 best banks in Indonesia as well as being included in the ranks of the World's Best Banks or the best banks in the world in 2022 according to Forbes magazine. Not only that, but Bank DKI also won the Infobank Awards for the Special Performance Bank, Golden Trophy and Performance Predicate "Very Good" category KBMI 2.
Other awards such as TOP BUMD 2022 from Infobank and The Asian Post magazine as one of the BPDs with the "Excellent" and TOP GRC Awards 2022 categories #4 Stars and The Most Commited GRC Leader 2022 Category were also not successfully won by Bank DKI.
Achievements in the field of digital banking have also been achieved by Bank DKI such as the 3rd Indonesia's Most Popular Digital Financial Brands Awards 2022 for the Popular Digital Brand category E-Money and E-Payment category from The Economics. Furthermore, the Indonesia Information Technology Award IV 2022 from the Economic Review.
The award as Best Digital Banking 2022 BPD Category for Risk Management Dimension was also won by Bank DKI from Investor Magazine.
