Illegally Alleged Clinics Establish In Sawit Company Areas In West Pasaman, DPMPTSP: Don't Break Rules
W Sumatra - The West Pasaman Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) found a health clinic allegedly illegal standing in the oil palm company area of PT Gersindo Minang Plantation (GMP) Pasaman Barat.
"Our findings in the field of medical clinics do not have a permit or are illegal. They should have a permit, but it has been almost a year since it turns out that the clinic is operating," said West Pasaman DPMPTSP Head Fadlus Sa'bi, at Simpang Empat, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), quoted from Antara, Thursday, September 8.
Sa'bi said, if the company does not apply for a permit, the clinic will be closed. Because, according to the rules, if the company opens a clinic, it is mandatory to take care of the completeness of the permit.
"Don't break the rules. Follow the existing rules. Otherwise, the clinic will be closed," he said again.
According to him, it is known that the company has a clinic, after his party received information that PT GMP had a treatment clinic inside the company.
After that, his party carried out a surprise inspection by going to the field and seeing firsthand the information obtained.
"From the results to the field, it was found that the clinic did not have a permit. We immediately informed the company to take care of the permit," he said.
After being told, he said, the company only came to the office to take care of the permit.
"Each company is required to apply for a permit if it has a clinic. Otherwise, the clinic is illegal, and will be closed," he said.
HRD Wilmar Group manager, Bambang Wiguritno added, until now there has been no warning regarding the clinic. Because, he said, so far PT GMP is a network of AMP clinics.
Bambang said that his party is currently taking care of the permit for the Business Identification Number (NIB) for clinical treatment in the PT GMP area.
"So far there is no clinic, there is only a network from the AMP clinic," he said.
