KSP Indosurya Prepares A Task Force To Accelerate Fund Disbursement For The Elderly
JAKARTA - The Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) continues to show its commitment to disbursing funds belonging to its members according to the order of a decision from the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court.
This November, there were thousands of members whose funds were disbursed by Indosurya under Rp. 500 million. For thousands of elderly members, this cooperative has formed a special task force to accelerate the disbursement process.
The management of KSP Indosurya, Sonia, revealed that his party did not experience any obstacles or obstacles in the process of disbursing KSP members' funds. Currently, he said, members' funds were still disbursed under Rp. 500, which totaled around 1,150 members.
"There are no obstacles, so far it is fine. We run it according to September in October and November, yes, 1,150 members are still running until now," said Sonia in a written statement, Tuesday, November 24.
According to him, the Indosurya KSP Management has also received thousands of documents for disbursement applications from priority scale members such as the elderly (seniors). Until now, Sonia said that 2,000 documents had been submitted for priority scales.
"Yesterday we formed a special task force team. In the current month we are carrying out the verification process. There are 2,000 documents listed, and we have to process verification internally," he said.
Sonia said the verification process is still being carried out on 2,000 priority documents, because the human resources (HR) in the Indosurya Management are limited. So, it takes a long time to examine the document.
"The documents that we entered were stopped last October, now we are in the verification process, we also have to check the field for data. However, the team for verification is limited. We will process it as soon as possible so that it can be disbursed after verification," he explained.
He added that the 2,000 documents that were included in this priority were different from the 1,150 members who had received the disbursement process since September 2020, which was under IDR 500 million.
"That is apart from the data of members who are under Rp. 500 million. So, for this priority there are 2,000 documents that have been submitted," he said.
In addition, Sonia said that her party is also making preparations to process the disbursement of member funds which are above IDR 500 million to IDR 1.99 billion. According to the agreement, he said, the disbursement of these funds would begin in January 2021.
"In 2021, we are in the process of preparing installments starting in January at Rp. 500 million to Rp1.99 billion," he said.
