Lapor Perdana, Pinangki Bakal Guided At The South Jakarta Fathers Until December 15, 2024

JAKARTA - The convict in the corruption case of Pinangki Sirna Malasari (Jaksa Pinangki) underwent his first report at the Correctional Center (Bapas), Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, Thursday, December 8.

"I convey that Pinangki's mother has done the first self-report, and registration today," said South Jakarta's Chief Father Ricky Dwi Biantoro at the South Jakarta Fathers, Thursday, September 8.

Ricky said that Pinangki would carry out guidance or report themselves every month until December 15, 2024.

As for the guidance carried out, such as education and independence offline or present directly to the South Jakarta Fathers.

(Pinangki) will carry out guidance until December 15, 2024. (Pinangki) is required to carry out their own reports every month and comply with the provisions regulated in Law No. 82 of 2022 concerning community affairs and everything is still mandatory to report," he added.

Previously, it was reported that the convict of the bribery case of Prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari or called Prosecutor Pinangki was also released on condition, Tuesday, September 6.

Head of the Banten Regional Office of Corrections, Masjuno, said that Pinangki served two years in prison in Tangerang Class IIA.

"Approximately 2 years (of punishment)," said Masjuno at the Class IIA Tangerang Prison, Tuesday, September 6.

Masjuno said that in the process of releasing Pinangki, he had met the requirements, namely serving 2/3 of his prison term.
