Congratulations, The Blood Loss Series Successfully Penetrated The On Screen Program At The Busan Film Festival
JAKARTA - The Blood loss series was chosen by the Busan International Film Festival for the On Screen program. The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific announced its participation in the 27th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) with an exclusive screening of two original series of Blood loss from Indonesia and Connect from Korea.
These two series were selected as part of the On Screen launched by BIFF last year and dedicated to displaying selected content developed for streaming services. This year, the On Screen program will be dedicated to limited audiences on October 6 and 7, 2022.
Produced by Rapi Films, Blood loss is directed by veteran director Kimo Stamboel. The thriller genre series tells the story of a young woman named Wulan whose views about the world capsized after watching how her family became the target of black magic attacks.
Based on a strong desire to protect his family, Wulan is determined to find the culprit behind the attack to hold him accountable for the mystical events that befell his family.
"We are very happy and honored to have been invited to debut our upcoming original series, "Blood Heart" and "Connect", at the 27th Busan International Film Festival," said Carol Choi as Executive Vice President, Original Content Strategy, The Walt Disney Company APAC.
The drained content that we produce in Asia Pacific is an important part of The Walt Disney Company's global storytelling. We hope to continue to show the storytelling advantages of this region to a wider audience in the world," he added, quoted from ANTARA, Wednesday, September 7.
