The Director of Road and Bridge Infrastructure Financing at the Ministry of PUPR, Reni Ahiantini, said that this 50.14 km road development project has an investment value of IDR 3.526 trillion and a concession period of 15 years.
"This project is a solicited KPBU project with a scheme to return the availability payment (AP) investment which is planned to be auctioned in the fourth quarter of 2022," said Reni, in an official statement, Tuesday, September 6.

For your information, market sounding is a forum for the government to convey comprehensive information about the KPBU project.
This activity is also carried out to attract input, responses, and interests from investors and stakeholders over the KPBU project offered by the Ministry of PUPR as the Person in Charge of Cooperation Projects (PJPK) or the Government Contracting Agency.
Through the KPBU scheme, the provision of infrastructure services can be carried out without fully depending on the availability of the government budget so as to accelerate infrastructure development in Indonesia.
In addition, the government can provide various facilities and conveniences, including financing for some construction, eligibility support, and guarantees for the KPBU project.
