TANGERANG Apart from former Banten Governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah, a convict of the bribery case of Prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari or called Prosecutor Pinangki was also released on condition today.
Head of the Banten Regional Office of Corrections, Masjuno, said that Pinangki served two years in prison for Class IIA Tangerang.
"Approximately 2 years (of punishment)," said Masjuno at the Class IIA Tangerang Prison, Tuesday, September 6.
Masjuno said that in the process of releasing Pinangki, he had met the requirements, namely serving 2/3 of his prison term.
"It was a process, it had met the administrative requirements of the convict's term, which was definitely more than half, and he reached 2/3, behaved well and so on like that," he said.
Execution of Pinangki in Tangerang Prison based on the Order of the Head of the Central Jakarta District Attorney Number Print-539/M.1.10/Fu/07/2021 dated July 30, 2021. Upon the order, the prosecutor for the executive of the Central Jakarta District Attorney carried out the Corruption Court Decision at the Central Jakarta District Court Number 38/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Jkt.Pst dated February 8, 2021 in conjunction with the Decision of the Corruption Court at the DKI Jakarta High Court Number 10/Pid.Sus/2021/PT.DKI dated June 14, 2021 which has permanent legal force (inkracht).
