JAKARTA - The National Police confirmed that a special team (timsus) would investigate information regarding the alleged involvement of the three Regional Police Chiefs behind the shooting scenario made by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo that killed Brigadier J.The three Regional Police Chiefs include the Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran, East Java Police Chief Inspector General Nico Afinta, and North Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General RZ Panca Putra."Yes, from Timus, we have received this information. Of course, the special team will investigate if there is a connection related to the case of Inspector General FS," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Monday, September 5.However, it was not conveyed about the extent to which the information was followed up by the Special Team formed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.Dedi only mentioned that the temporary developments were still around five suspects. Currently, the focus of the team is on completing the case file which was declared incomplete by the research prosecutor."But what is clear is that the fingerprinting team is currently focusing on resolving the 5 case files that have been completed by the Public Prosecutor," said Dedi.For information, in the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J, five people were named suspects. They are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawathi, Bharada Richard target (Bharada E), Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Maruf.The suspects are charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and 56 of the Criminal Code. Thus, they face the death penalty or 20 years in prison.
