The National Police Are Investigating Komnas HAM's Findings Regarding The Allegation Of Brigadier Jwardir Three Perpetrators

JAKARTA - The special team (Timsus) of the National Police has confirmed that they will investigate all findings of Komnas HAM. Including the number of executors in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J more than one person.

"The fingerprinting material has been investigated by investigators," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Monday, September 5.

Separately, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, who was questioned in the same way, said that any suspicion could arise from a series of investigation results. However, the Police must provide evidence from the testimony of witnesses, suspects and experts.

"The allegation is yes, but again based on the theory of proof of 182 of the Criminal Procedure Code, it must be based on the suitability of the statements of the parties (witnesses and crowns), witness statements that have justice in their fields," said Agus.

In addition, this three-star general emphasized that the suitability of the statements of the witnesses would serve as a guide to prove the allegations that continue to grow. Then, supported by supporting evidence.

"The agreement of their statement will be used as a guide, supported by other evidence with valuable instructions, God willing, the panel of judges will decide on this case fairly," said Agus.

Komnas HAM had stated that he had found new allegations regarding the perpetrators of the shooting of Brigadier J. The allegation is that there were three shooters. However, it is not detailed about the figure or the perpetrator of the shooting in question.

"Actually, there is still a clue, another possibility is that 3 (shooters, ed)," said Komnas HAM Chairman Ahmad Taufan Damanik.
