The two men were spotted traveling in a black Nissanent and spotted in Regina City, about 320 km (200 miles) south of an attack on James Smith resulting in the Nation and Weldon Village, police said.

The first summons was reported at 5:40 a.m. and within three hours the police issued warnings of dangerous people in all provinces. In the afternoon, similar warnings were also issued in the neighboring provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba.
Police outlets urged residents to report suspicious people and take precautions including shelter on the spot, warning against taking a ride or approaching suspicious person.
"Don't leave a safe location. Be careful when allowing other people to enter where you live," an advisor urged.
Meanwhile, the Saskatchewan Health Authority activated an emergency response that brought additional staff to treat the victims, then declared it a "risk for high waves of patient displacement because this situation is no longer prominent."
"We can confirm that many people have been prioritized and treated at several locations, calls for additional staff to help respond to the situation have been made," the health authorities said in a statement.
