Jason Momoa Surprise Aquaman Fans Who Have Cancer
JAKARTA - Jason Momoa surprised an Aquaman fan named Danny Sheehan with a video call.
Launching The Independent today, Monday, November 23, Sheehan is known to have had a brain cancer called Pineoblastoma since January 2017. He went viral after his video of receiving an Aquaman toy spread on the internet.
"I love Aquaman !," he said in the video with a sparkling face.
Seeing the video, Momoa tried to contact the seven year old boy. Momoa shared this precious moment through his Instagram account.
"Thank you Instagram friends and family for showing Danny, a lovely man who is going through chemotherapy and has cancer. I saw the video online and it made me want to talk to him."
Jason Momoa also mentioned the Warner Bros account, the production house for the Aquaman film, to give Danny Sheehan an Aquaman-style spear. "Hi Aquaman !," Sheehan said starting the conversation.
Momoa said she heard about Sheehan from her friends. "I'm excited," replied Sheehan.
Danny Sheehan also said he liked whales. Then, Momoa said he would make a trip so Sheehan could watch whales at sea.
During an interview, Sheehan's mother said, "It was great to see Danny's passion can be portrayed in the (Aquaman) film."
The mother also wrote to thank Jason Momoa for taking the time to talk with her son. Jason Momoa closed his upload by asking his fans to donate funds or wanting to know the story of Danny Sheehan by clicking the link in Momoa's profile.
Meanwhile, Jason Momoa is also present in Justice League: Snyder Cut which will air in 2021.
