JAKARTA - Ustaz's house with the initials SA (45) in Pringgasela, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, was raided by the Special Team of the NTB Regional Police's Narcotics Research Directorate. The raid was carried out because the house was used as a place for crystal methamphetamine production.

To investigators, SA admitted that he wanted to use his house as a place for crystal methamphetamine production because YM alias General Yusuf promised to pay Rp100 million worth of pay every month.

"The promise of wages was based on Ustaz's confession before investigators," said the Director of the NTB Police for Drugs (Dirresnarkoba) Kombes Pol Helmi Kwarta Kusuma Putra Rauf in Mataram, as reported by Antara, Monday, November 23.

"Likewise with the production. Is it with the tools and raw materials that their group has produced? We are still exploring it," said Helmi.

Other information states that investigators have known the origin of the raw material in the chemical liquid form. Goods shipped directly from Malaysia. The sender was an acquaintance of General Yusuf while working as an Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI).

The raw materials were sent by his colleagues from Malaysia after General Yusuf transferred Rp. 300 million. Orders for raw materials are made via telephone.
