Menpora Invites Youth To Succeed MotoGP Mandalika 2021

JAKARTA - To prepare for the MotoGP 2021 race officials in the Mandalika area of Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Zainudin Amali, regional youth in Mandalika, began to develop interest in entrepreneurship.

Where according to him, the demographic bonus of the youth must be utilized properly. In particular, encourage programs in the super priority areas in Mandalika.

"Kemenpora views youth as having a strategic role in developing entrepreneurial interest. For example, if there are no obstacles, there will be MotoGP activities next year. World-class racing events will be held, participated by various country participants and broadcast live from all over the world. "said Menpora Zainudin Amali in his statement, Monday, November 16.

To make this activity successful, the Ministry of Youth and Sports invites the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation or ITDC or PT Indonesian Tourism Development to gradually prepare business potential for young people in Mandalika, Central Lombok.

"For that, the people there must be ready. People who come there must be comfortable and safe. Don't let people come there are world-class motorbike racing activities, but they stay somewhere else. So, young people must be ready to welcome Mandalika as a place of super priority," he explained.

So far the Mandalika Special Economic Zone has a coastline of 14.6 kilometers. Starting from Mandalika beach, Seger beach, Tanjung Aan beach, to the easternmost Gerupuk beach which is located in Mertak Village.

While the land area of the MotoGP circuit is 130 hectares, which consists of 18 bends along a 4.32 kilometer track. The physical plan for the MotoGP circuit, which was built since August 2019, is expected to be completed in early 2021.
