Because Of The Portal Unload, The Owner Of The Padipadi Tourism Owner Became A Suspect
TANGERANG The location of the Padipadi coffee shop suddenly went viral because the atmosphere was so beautiful in the middle of a stretch of rice fields. But recently, the Tangerang Regency Government had closed the family tourist destination in Pakuhaji District because of the administration. Even now the owner is a suspect.
Padipadi is located in Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency where many rice fields stretch. The coffee shop utilizes a green and beautiful atmosphere to be used as a place for "healing" and calms itself from the hustle of the capital city of Jakarta and Tangerang. The distance is only about 90 minutes from Jakarta if taken using four and two-wheeled vehicles.
However, behind the viral tourist destination, it turned out that it was hiding the facts of administrative violations. The reason is, in March 2022, Pakuhaji District Office had installed a portal at the Padipadi entrance.
The sub-district head of Pakuhaji, Asmawi, said that the portal was established by Trantib Pakuhaji because the owner of Padipadi does not have a Building Permit (IMB).
"We'll see if there is a permit or not, when we see there is no permit but there is only to pay taxes, if there is a regional regulation area of 9/2020, the reference is based on regional spatial planning," said Asmawi, in a written statement Tuesday, August 30.
"We checked the documents without a permit (IMB), in the end we took action," he continued.
For information, Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2020 explains the Amendment to the Regional Regulation of Tangerang Regency Number 13 of 2011 concerning the RTRW of Tangerang Regency.
Asmawi also explained that at a time when COVID-19 cases were high in Tangerang Regency, Padipadi was considered to have violated health protocols.
"Padipadi is not just building, but it's a place to make tours, on Saturday Sunday it's full there, when COVID-19 is at its highest," he explained.
Therefore, Trantib Pakuhaji District had established a portal at the entrance of Padipadi with the intention of taking care of the IMB.
However, said Asmawi, the portal was lost in Padipadi which forced the Trantib of Pakuhaji District to make a report to the Tangerang City Metro Police.
"Reports to the Resort Police by my Trantib officer, I have also been told not to operate while taking care of the permit, there was no warning, the portal was finally installed. Not long after, the portal was revoked, so the government would like to take it back, install another portal, after it was lost," explained Asmawi.
Based on the information gathered, the Tangerang City Police have also named six suspects from the report.
The six are BTK (57), AWS (62), BRH (62), HH (45), SS (24), and AGS (46)
One of the suspects is a local farmer who is considered to have helped the operation of Padipadi. Meanwhile, BTK and AWS are owners of Padipadi.
"There are already six suspects, one of them is a local farmer who is considered to be helping Padipadi's operations, it's a pity. And the two that were delivered were owners," explained Zevrijn Boy Kanu as Padipadi's attorney, Monday (29/8/2022).
Boy said, the suspects were reported at the Tangerang Metro Police with a report number LP/B/500/III/2022/SPKT/Restro Tangerang City/Polda Metro Jaya dated March 29, 2022 on charges of Article 170 of the Criminal Code or Article 406 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
"Actually, because there are vehicles still in the location and vehicles that enter, the portal is spontaneously removed, and after completing the entry and exit of the portal vehicle, it is re-installed as before without any damage," said Boy.
The reason is, he also does not know who was behind the removal of the portal. The determination of the suspects against the six people above was considered by Boy to be an oddity and raised a big question mark.
"Because we don't think there is an examination process first, as a witness and so on, summons too. Suddenly being a suspect means that there is a legal defect here," explained Boy.
