The Attorney General's Office Falls 10 Prosecutors To Monitor The Reconstruction Of Brigadier J's Murder In Duren Tiga
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has deployed 10 prosecutors in the reconstruction of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.
The reconstruction will be held at the stop house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the National Police Complex, Duren Tiga, on Tuesday, August 30.
"So 10 people (jaksa, ed) because of five case files," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes, Fadil Zumhana to reporters, Monday, August 29.

The ten people were converted because each file would be handled by two prosecutors. Currently, the AGO has received five files.
"So every document there are two people we hold," he said.
On the previous occasion, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, said that in the investigation, all suspects, including Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, would be presented.

The purpose of the reconstruction is to further create a bright spot for the series from beginning to the end of the murder case of Brigadier J.

"A reconstruction will be carried out at the Duren Tiga TKP by presenting all suspects 5 people," said Dedi.
For information, in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J, the National Police's team named Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a suspect. In fact, he is called the mastermind behind it.
Then there are four other suspects, namely, Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candawathi, the wife of Ferdy Sambo as a suspect.
They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
Then, specifically for Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, the Police Code of Ethics Commission trial process has been carried out. As a result, the former Head of the Propam Division was found guilty and sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH).
