Appearing At The MTV Video Music Awards, Johnny Depp: I Need A Work

JAKARTA - Actor Johnny Depp, who is reorganizing his career after a defamation hearing with Amber Heard's ex-wife, appeared as an astronaut who flew over the audience at the MTV Video Music Awards, Sunday local time.

Depp's digital face appeared in an astronaut helmet, inspired by Moon Person VMA, and he joked throughout the event.

"I need a job," joked the actor "Pirates of the Caribbean" at the start of the event, quoted by Reuters, Monday, August 29.

After that, Depp says he can work for "ulvertage, bar minister, bat campervah, marriage, whatever you need."

In June, Depp almost won total in a legal dispute against Amber Heard accusing her of physical violence. Depp denies hitting Heard.

Two years earlier, Depp lost a defamation lawsuit in England against a Sun tabloid, calling it a "wife-beater." London High Court Judge ruled that Depp had repeatedly attacked Heard. He was later expelled from the "Harry Potter" spinter "Fantastic Beasts" and shunned by Hollywood.

Quoted from ANTARA, with his victory in US court, Depp has performed on a tour with Jeff Beck and will direct "Modigliani," a biography of Italian artist Amedeo Mogliani.

Actor Johnny Depp will also play King Louis XV in the French film "Jeanne du Barry."
