Doni Monardo: 77 People From The Rizieq Massa Test Positive For COVID-19 From Petamburan, Tebet And Megamendung

JAKARTA - Chairperson of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 Doni Monardo revealed that 77 people were positive for COVID-19 due to the crowds of Rizieq Shihab in Petamburan, Bogor and Tebet, South Jakarta.

Doni explained that 15 people had swab done for the Petamburan area of Central Jakarta. There are 7 positive people for Covid 19, including the Head of Petamburan Village, Setiyono. Meanwhile, in Megamendung, 20 out of 559 people who tested positive for COVID-19 were found.

"Another report, there are 50 positive people with COVID-19, the majority of whom live around Tebet," Doni said in an official statement, Jakarta, Friday, November 20.

From these findings, Doni asked the people who took part in picking up Rizieq at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Maulid Nabi in Tebet, and Megamendung as well as events in Petamburan to report to the RT / RW heads in their area. The residents who followed Rizieq's mass were also asked to go to the nearest puskesmas.

Doni revealed that his party had also warned about the potential crowd at the Habib Rizieq event. However, neither the central nor local governments could prevent crowds.
