From An Allocation Of IDR 4.52 Trillion, LMAN Has Funded The Land Procurement Of Nine Railway PSNs Of IDR 2.83 Trillion
JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) continues to realize land acquisition funding for nine national strategic projects (PSN) in the railway sector. As of August 19, 2022, the value has reached IDR 2.83 trillion.
Director of Land Procurement and Funding of LMAN Qoswara said that the realization was 62.75 percent of the total PSN allocation for trains of IDR 4.52 trillion.
"The LMAN allocation for the entire PSN reaches Rp. 125.62 trillion. For trains, Rp. 4.52 trillion or 4 percent. These are the nine PSN trains whose land LMAN finances," he said in a Media Briefing quoted by Antara, Thursday, August 25.
Qoswara detailed that the nine PSNs in the railway sector include the Rantau Prapat Kota Pinang train with land that has been funded by LMAN of Rp. 156.76 billion or 59.37 percent of the target of Rp. 264 billion.
KA Tebing Tinggi Kuala Tanjung with land that has been funded in the amount of Rp. 16.97 billion from the allocation of Rp. 175 billion or 9.6 percent.
Then, the Jabodebek LRT with land that has been funded by LMAN amounting to Rp1.31 trillion from the Rp1.42 trillion ceiling or reaching 92.14 percent of the target.
Next is the Bogor Sukabumi train with land acquisition that has reached 100 percent, which is Rp. 91.5 billion.
The land acquisition for the Adi Soemarmo Airport Railway PSN has also reached 100 percent, amounting to Rp. 130.52 billion.
Meanwhile, for the Yogyakarta New Airport Railway project, the realization of land funding is almost on target, which is 96.49 percent or Rp. 215 billion from Rp. 223.43 billion.
“This is because there are still lands that need a permit process from the competent authority. It's only 3.5 percent, so there's no problem," said Qoswara.
According to him, the Yogyakarta New Airport Train is very beneficial for the community because it cuts the journey from Kulonprogo to Yogyakarta which should be 1.5 to 2 hours to only about 40 minutes.
Furthermore, the Solo Balapan Kedungbanteng KA is also funded by LMAN, which has reached 100 percent or Rp. 31.86 billion.
For the Jombang Wonokromo train, only IDR 21.6 billion or 28.09 percent of the IDR 77 billion allocation has been realized, including the Makasar Pare Pare train whose funding realization is only IDR 859 billion or 40.86 percent of the IDR 2.1 trillion allocation.
"The largest allocation for land acquisition is the Makassar Pare-Pare train, Rp. 2.1 trillion and it is still in progress. If this is done, it will become a historic railway because in the Sulawesi area there are trains," he explained.
