Vice President Flies To Pekanbaru Wants To Check Islamic Boarding School's Palm Oil Processing

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin flew to Pekanbaru, Riau. There, the vice president wanted to inaugurate the operations of Bank Riau Kepri (BRK) Syariah and review palm oil processing at the Riau Technology Islamic Boarding School.

The Vice President departed on a Presidential Aircraft Boeing 737-400 Indonesian Air Force from Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta, to Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport, Pekanbaru, at 16.00 WIB, Wednesday 24 August.

Quoted from Antara, referring to the written statement received, the operational inauguration of the Sharia BRK will be held on Thursday (25/8), at the Dang Merdu Tower of Bank Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru, Riau, as well as the Inauguration of the Regional Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KDEKS) Riau.

After the event, the vice president is scheduled to head to the Riau Technology Ponpes, in Pekanbaru, to review oil palm processing and sprout planting, before heading back to Jakarta.

Present to accompany the Vice President on the working visit, Head of the Secretariat of the Vice President Ahmad Erani Yustika, Deputy for Government Policy Support and National Insight Felix Wanggai, Special Staff for the Vice President for Communication and Information Masduki Baidlowi, and the Expert Team of the Vice President Johan Tedja Surya, Farhan Brachma, and Iggi Haruman Achsien.
